Throughout this phase, emphasis is placed on perfecting back floating independently, executing straight leg kicks on the front without assistance, and maintaining full breath control during front floating exercises. Participants also refine their ability to hold a float and kick effectively, while mastering rotational movements with full breath control. Under the expert guidance of our seasoned instructors, participants strive to meet stringent pass criteria, including demonstrating minimal assistance in jumping into the water and returning to the wall, achieving full breath control, completing a 1-meter swim from the side to an adult, and executing precise breaststroke arm movements.
