Children's Stages - 11:
Embark on an immersive journey through our 11-stage program, meticulously crafted to elevate each swimmer’s abilities. Prioritizing individualized assessment, we ascertain the starting point of every participant before embarking on a journey of expert instruction.
At this stage the swimmers have learnt to blow bubbles, enter & exit the pool safely. Now get ready to try some harder exercise!
BEGINNER
STAGE 1
At this stage the Swimmers have refined their skills with being under water, floating longer & pushing & gliding, now it’s time to build some co-ordination into the body, arms & legs.
At this stage the Swimmer started to learn about co-ordination, they also began floating longer & understand how to move through the water by themselves. They are ready now to learn some more stroke actions!
STAGE 2
STAGE 3
At this stage the Swimmers are traveling through the water using front crawl & back stroke actions. Now it’s time to step up & go to the next level.
At this stage the swimmers are refining their front crawl, back stroke & they are learning breaststroke & dolphin kick. The next stage is a big gear shift up, but they are ready. Full speed ahead!!
STAGE 4
STAGE 5
At this Stage the Swimmers timing & breathing are going great & the refining of the breaststroke & dolphin kick is great. Next up are some longer, faster distances. Be prepared!
At this Stage the Swimmers skills are improving & the distances are getting longer. Their stroke development is improving & now it’s time for endurance & racing!! Get your flippers warmed up!
STAGE 6
STAGE 7
At this stage the Swimmers have been performing tumble turns, improving their strokes over increasing distances. Now they need to go the extra distance & refine that timing…Giddy up!
At this stage the Swimmers timing is coming along & the strokes are coming together. Now it’s time for a stitch in time to bring on Stage 9!
STAGE 8
STAGE 9
At this stage the swimmers double their distances on every stroke, as they prepare to race. With the next stage they are looking to break their personal bests. Practice & training is important to achieve their goals!
At this stage the Swimmers have all the skills they need. Now they just need practice, patience & belief in themselves! Good Luck & GO FOR IT!
